PROGRAM NOTE
This piece is a stand-alone recasting of the raw material for the soundtrack to Jessie Shefrin's video On Site. All the sounds you hear are manipulations of mezzo-soprano Lynn Torgove singing single pitches, slow glissandi, or breathing. The order of events is the same as for the video but expanded and with the addition of "scratching" distortions.
